You progress only when the assignments are complete and the results show up in your life.

The Forging Leaders initiative requires commitment to learning the process of self- improvement and leading others toward improving their own lives. The Initiative is a results-based training that takes approximately 12 months to complete including eight full day engagements with detailed work assignments. Each full day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at approximately 5:00 p.m. We engage in both classroom and outdoor training venues. You progress only when the assignments are complete and results show up in your life.
Mentoring is a skill and a way of living. People who participate are those who have already succeeded in their lives, and want to mentor and influence others to succeed. Mentors need to demonstrate physical health; to show a ravenous desire to learn and apply new ideas; need to lead in their “work” life; need to have and maintain intimate relationships with their spouse/significant other and family; need to have and demonstrate spiritual connection. The mentoring initiative is intensive, measurable, and is ultimately designed around producing results for the people you mentor.
The course takes place over 12 months meeting with our staff once a quarter. Each full day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at approximately 5:00 p.m. We engage in both classroom and outdoor training venues. You will be constantly challenged both mentally and physically.
